Hello, nice to meet you, I’m Chrissy.

I’m the trainer and behaviour geek behind Muttley Crew Dog Training.

I help dogs and their humans build calmer, happier lives together using kind, science-led, reward-based training.

My work is about more than teaching dogs to “behave.” I want to help you understand what’s going on underneath the behaviour, support your dog’s emotional wellbeing, and build skills that actually work in real life.

There’s no fear, force, intimidation or outdated dominance nonsense here, just practical support, clear guidance and a big focus on helping both ends of the lead feel more confident.

MY APPROACH

We look at the whole dog, not just the behaviour you see on the surface.

Behaviour is never random. Your dog’s environment, emotions, health, stress levels, routine and previous experiences can all influence what you see on the surface.

That’s why we look beyond the behaviour itself and focus on understanding what your dog needs in order to feel safer, calmer and more able to cope.

Dog behaviour science is always evolving. The more we understand about how dogs learn, feel and experience the world, the better we can support them.
